Option of disabling case sensitivity for "gives the passcode" keys
complete

Currently the "gives the passcode" is only case-sensitive, which is limiting.
For readability, when communicating with the customers it helps to say "Your secret code is 'PasswordJustForYou'" but it's an unnecessary customer service nightmare to deal with all "my passcode doesn't work" emails because someone mistyped it with a wrong case somewhere.
It may matter for some, so a key condition or a checkbox to disable case sensitivity would allow a toggle for those who prefer it.
Might be a good option for "gives one of many", also.

you'll now see the option in "passcode" key condition types and "one of many passcodes" key condition types!

Hey Marat! This is a good idea, thanks for taking the time to let us know.
Right off the bat, it is possible to set case insensitivity with the input list version of passcodes. This is probably your best bet in the short term.
More complete information on that here:

It's logged now, but it will take some time for this to get prioritized and developed.
