I’d like the ability to quickly customize the lock screen text on a per-lock basis, starting from the default template. Right now: The message on the Settings page is the global message (visible but greyed out) That same message automatically passes through to each lock unless a lock-specific message is set. To adjust the text for a specific lock, I have to: Go to Settings Copy the lock message text Go to the lock page Paste and then edit it there This works, but it’s an extra, somewhat unintuitive step. Feature request: Add an “Adjust” button on each lock’s message area that: Loads the current inherited/global message into the lock’s message field (currently only visible greyed out and can't copy it from there) Lets me edit it directly for that lock Keeps the existing “Restore default” option so I can revert to the global message anytime Why this helps: Makes it obvious that the message can be customized per lock Removes the manual copy/paste step Speeds up workflows when managing many locks with slightly different messaging Hope this can be implemented!

Shopify's (New) Customer Account system allows merchants to customise the "Customer account main menu" for the account page. The account page is hosted externally to the store and its theme by Shopify, where Locksmith can't add its Liquid code. If possible, it would be great to extend Locksmith menu navigation link filtering to this page.

I just want to change "allow if it is after September 30, 2024" to "allow if it is after September 30, 2025". Currently I have to click the "next month" button 12 times (or more, because it lags a bit), and when it passes February it changes the day of the month from the 30th to the 28th. It would be much simpler if there were a text input field for the date where I could just type a 5 in place of the 4 in "2024".

Adding and formatting a background image for Locksmith's passcode form can be achieved with some HTML and CSS added to the "Passcode prompt" field. However, a code free option could make this quicker and easier for more merchants.

If I want my lock to have just a slight variation from the default Guest/Access denied message, typing in the box replaces the default content, so if I want to work from the default message, I need to re-type it in an external text editor and then paste it in. It would be nice if there was a button to populate the default message so I can work off of the default message in situ.

I'm trying to fine tune the guest/access denied message on my lock, and each time I make an adjustment I have to wait a few minutes for all of my Locksmith settings to sync. It would be nice if there was an easier way to preview this message.

Currently the passcode and secret link key conditions have a "Grant access for a limited time" option to set how long a customer has access to once the key has been used. It would be great to have the same or a similar option for the email list Klaviyo and Mailchimp key conditions. So that customers can be limited to a set amount of access time from when they enter their email.

We have a client that sells sports kits and each club has a separate login to view their bespoke kit and pricing. We have over 100 clubs that we need to allocate keys for. It would be much easier to export the collections into csv from shopify, add randomly generated codes and import them into locksmith

I think we need to be able to add conditions to multiple locks at same time that way it is easier if a new customer tag is created to add it to all the different locks.

Currently when Locksmith filters locked products from the search results page it can't adjust the results counter that is being displayed there. Because Locksmith is filtering products from the product list as each product is rendered to the page. The theme still sees the total number of products in the collection, instead of an updated quality count of unlocked accessible products.
